I was really tired and felt totally lost today. Had no concentration ability what so ever and all I actually wanted to do was to get home and sleep. I hadn't eaten more than two sandwiches and a apple so my energy level wasn't exactly up at training level.
But..
I dragged myself down to the fight gym and took a 75 minutes class. I don't say it went well, you have to eat to exercise. But it did go ok, and the best of all, I did feel a whole lot better afterward. I always do, it's just hard to remember when you fall asleep in the car on the way home and think that the sofa is the only thing you can cope with at the moment.
So now I quote a cliche and a slogan: JUST DO IT!
