Dragracing and fleamarkets part 2

Sorry that I update so bad! I'm totally hooked on Roller Derby and I'm working a lot right now! But! I'm not complaining, I just love when I have much to do. It makes you feel alive.

Anyway, here's some more pictures from the weekend when we were watching dragracing.


I found these two knitting books for 1,5 € each, there is many basic descriptions. It's great. I also bought this flower ball, for 8 €, actually I bought one with a yellow rose in it for a couple of month, that was only 4 € but my mum smashed it almost straight when I got home with it! Clumsy mum!!

Dragracing and fleamarkets part 1

Yesterday was a really nice day! I had a party with my workmates friday night, it sure was fun and we were home late but I wasn't hangover at all saturday. We woke up around ten and after a long breakfast we went down to the raceway to watch some Hot Rod Drags. They were really awesome. I can't believe that you can race like that with such old cars. I mean, look at this one!

Anyway, unfortunately it started to rain so they couldn't drive anymore. So we decided to visit some fleamarkets instead. And we actually found some good stuff. I've been looking a very long time for a porcelain animal like this. The new ones costs about 600€ and that's a little pricy. I know this one isn't very big but it's so cute and I just love that he is looking a little bit worried. And, it was just 15€.
We also bought this vase. I will have it on the floor in the entree with some white flowers in it I think. 15€ aswell.

Unexpected I was caught by a cold and we had to go home and I spent the evening drinking ginger tea and shivering under a blanket in the sofa. The fever is gone now but I'm snotty as h*ll!

Cardinal's Junkyeard Jamboree..

..is coming up tonight! It will be a fun event with loads of cool cars, motorbikes and nice people. Three good bands are playing as well. If you're in Skåne: Come!!

Wax on Wax off

Vi har just haft en liten nostalgitripp med Karate Kid. Vilken film! Hahaha, men det är ju bara så underbara bilar Mr Miyagi har. Framförallt pick up:en. En Chevrolet Art Deco va?

We've just had a nostalgic lookback, watching Karate Kid. What a movie! Hahaha, but tha cars that Mr Miyagi owns is just so nice. Best of all is the pick up. It's a Chevrolet Art Deco, right?

I wish those days..

Titta vilken fin bil som nu ligger på blocket. Hade jag haft ett garage hade jag slagit till. Lagom mycket att fixa verkar det som. Sätena, fälgarna och lite annat men inte så stora saker.

Look at this car now out at blocket. If I had a garage I would have bought it. Seems to be just enough to do. The seats, the rims and a little bit more but not very big things.

Here is some pic's from yesterday! It was very nice, great bands and cool place. A little bit cold but it is the end of August so it wasn't a surprise.

På lördag är det Junkyard Jamboree som anordnas av Cardinals Carclub. Astrolites spelar bland annat och det ska bli kul att se dem igen. Är det någon mer som ska dit?

This Saturday Cardinals Carclub will have their Junkyard Jamboree. Astrolites will play and it will be fun to se them again! Is there anyone else who will attend?

Igår var det dragracing! I 30 gradig värme kom vi lite försent till tävlingarna, men vi fick komma in gratis och såg alla finaler. Efter det drack vi iskalla Hoergaarden på Tröls med Marcus och Anette.

Yesterday was dragracing time! In a 30 degree heat we showed up a little too late, but we went in for free and saw all the finals. After that we went to Tröls and drank some ice cold Hoergaarden with Marcus and Anette.
